Sasha from See me baby, was so kind to offer to ask her previous clients to donate their used See me Baby wraps to try and encourage Kangaroo carrying for mums that are not fortunate enough to buy their own and for babies in children’s homes.
See Me Baby wanted to say a very big thank-you for your support- hundreds of you have used your See Me Baby Wrap and experienced the magic of baby wearing.
The benefits of wearing your baby are endless, and research has shown that carried babies sleep better, become independent earlier, fuss and cry less and are simply happier.
Baby wearing is important on so many levels – including as kangaroo care for premature babies and creating comfort and firming bonds with adopted children. For this reason we want to ask you if you are finished using your See Me Baby Wrap and are wondering what you can do with it, please donate it to the non-profit organisation The Grace Factory.
The Grace Factory is a non-profit organisation that collects baby items at locations in Gauteng and the Vaal Triangle, and distributes these items to children’s homes and orphanages. They have a number of drop off points ( click here) or you can post your old See Me Baby Wrap to them to this address: PO Box 78919 Sandton 2146. They do fantastic work and you can drop off any other new/used baby products too.
